At the weekends, Paul is a keen sports man, still actively playing football and cricket, despite his age! When he gets the opportunity he also follows Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
Paul graduated from Liverpool in 1985 with a BSC degree in Urban Estate
Paul graduated from Liverpool Polytechic (now known as Liverpool John Moores University) in 1985, with a BSc honours degree in Urban Estate Management, later becoming a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1988.
Paul joined the business in 1997 to lead the firm’s expansion, after previously working with well-established names such as Dunlop Heywood, Guest Shaw, Storey Sons & Parker and Denbighshire County Council.
Born in Nottingham, the adopted-Lancastrian is now an integral member of the Millfield team, working as Property Director, over-seeing the operations of all 15 of Millfield’s properties across the country.

Outside of work, Josh is best described as a fitness freak and an adrenaline junkie. In July 2016, Josh completed the world-renowned Ironman triathlon and in doing so, qualified to represent Great Britain for his age-group in Long Distance Triathlon. Josh also loves mountain biking, trail running, football, golf and wakeboarding.
Graduating from Sheffield Hallam University with a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Business Property Management, Josh began his career with Bruntwood on a training placement.
Since joining Millfield in August 2011, Josh has gone from strength to strength in the company working alongside Property Director Paul Dobson, heading up the team and liaising with tenants both new and old.
Having been with us for over six years and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2015, Josh recently moved into the role of Property Manager, a role he has held since February 2017.

Away from the office, John enjoys skiing, sailing, cycling and generally keeping fit, whilst keeping busy as a taxi driver for his children who seem to have a better social life than him!
John graduated from London South Bank University in 1992, with a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
Beginning his career at Bolton-based Homespares Centres Limited, John was responsible for all product procurement, development and marketing before becoming Managing Director in 1997.
Managing Director for ten years, John helped develop the business nationally, expanding to supply over 1 million domestic appliance spare parts for washing machines, cookers and vacuum cleaners at commercial catering spare parts whilst introducing the business to internet trading and developing the Unifit Brand in national retailers.
Leaving in 2007, John took the role of Group managing director at WML Industrial Holdings Limited, a role he has held for nearly a decade. As part of this role, John oversees the general management of Millfield Estates, Homespares and Adboards as well as the Groups other interests helping the team deliver excellent customer service.
