Yorkshire House investment pays off with Flying Colours
Investment by Millfield Estates has resulted in securing a new five-year lease with Flying Colours, a specialist wealth management consultancy practice
Following the acquisition, in May 2016, a major investment programme has taken place in the common areas and vacant suites. The investment has paid off with the property now fully let following this deal for the third floor suite at Yorkshire House.
Agents Worthington Owen and CBRE negotiated the letting on behalf of Millfield Estates
Andrew Owen, director of Worthington Owen commented:
“It is wonderful that the new investment from Millfield Estates has lead to the letting of the 3rd floor. Flying Colours are such a reputable company. The new lease will mean the building is now fully let. This is the first time the building has been achieved since Yorkshire HouseYorkshire House was originally refurbished back in 2001. It is great news for all.”
